How do I choose the right size?

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No, all sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. This helps us ensure every customer receives a fresh, unworn item.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives with a defect or damage, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Are your garments ready to wear or do they need alterations?
Most of our pieces are designed for a modest, comfortable fit and do not require tailoring. However, slight alterations may be needed depending on your height and personal preference.
How should I care for my abaya or garment?
We recommend dry cleaning, gentle hand washing with cold water, or using a washing machine on a cold, delicate cycle to maintain the quality and longevity of your item.
