Tips for accuracy

• Use a soft, flexible measuring tape.
• Measure over thin clothing or undergarments.
• Keep the tape parallel to the floor for horizontal measurements and snug but not tight.
• Take each measurement twice to confirm consistency.

Bust: Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, including your shoulder blades, then drop your arms to your sides to measure.

Waist: Place the measuring tape near the belly button around your waist. Relax and do not pull in your stomach.

Hips: Stand with your feet together and place the measuring tape around the widest part of your hips.

Sleeve: With your elbow bent at a 45° angle, place the measuring tape at the back of your neck. Measure across your shoulder, to your elbow, and down to your wrist.
